Hear from our colleagues...

"It was a nice place to work. I was starting my work day with a handover, to know what was happening on the previous shift. I have learned a lot about machines, now I have got mechanical vision. Management was nice, they always care about the people. The hardest part of the job is changing over, because all equipment and plants need to be cleaned. The most enjoyable part of the job is when the plant is running well after change over and quality is good."

"I loved working at Kinnerton and I met some amazing friends. I had to quit my job because I had a baby and it was working too many hours. It was a face pacing job but was really fun."

"Great company to work for, pleasant and sensible management and team leaders are common, not a rarity."

"Overall good place to work nice people and really good shifts allowing you to have a good chance to spend time with your family , good opportunities for the right people and good pay too. The people who work there are very helpful and easy to get on with; they will treat you as a team member."
