Job Roles
As a Sortation Associate, you will be responsible for sorting parcels into the relevant postcodes, so orders are ready to go out for delivery. You will be required to load vehicles and prepare them for dispatch.
You’ll be part of the Amazon warehouse team that gets orders ready for customers relying on Amazon services. You will be selecting, packing, and shipping orders to customers, and in some cases, for our super-fast (2-hour or less) delivery service.
You will deliver a first-class delivery experience to all customers, working in a fast-paced environment and delivering from the warehouse to customers in the surrounding areas. Manual handling is a major part of working as a Delivery Driver, so you must enjoy some physical work
Amazon Driving JobsPay
Amazon offers one of the most competitive pay rates* in the industry:
Day shift: £11.80 to £12.50 per hour
Night shift allowance: Additional £1.71-£1.96
Overtime rate: £17.70 to £25.00 per hour
* Dependent on job role and location
Shifts
Work/life balance is important to Amazon so they offer flexible working patterns meaning you will be able to find shifts that fit around you and your life.
- Full time: You will be working up to 40hrs a week
- Part time: You will be working up to 20 to 36hrs per week, some locations offer part time shifts, starting from 12 hours per week
